I just realized that I never blogged this session back in October! Whaaa? It's a good one, so I'm glad I'm getting it up today!
I was ecstatic when Brittany contacted me for updated family photos. These are a close-knit bunch and were so fun to photograph. And they were kind enough to let me test out some black and white film, which turned out pretty awesome!
Bethany and Kendall braved the February cold with me and we got some of the sweetest pictures! They had no trouble warming up to the camera and giggling and snuggling together. What a fun session!
As I was putting this post together, I was listening to the Hamilton soundtrack (anyone else as obsessed as I am?!). And the song Helpless came on. It was so perfect. If you haven't heard it yet, then get listening! I've included it below so you can listen as you look at this cute couple.
This was my first shoot with my new medium format film camera, the Mamiya 645. Film is so different than digital, but I think I'm starting to fall in love with it. I'm so happy with how my images turned out!
